Which payment methods are accepted?

How can I return my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
We offer shipping within Europe and Turkey. If you are outside of this zone, we recommend contacting our customer service.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed the order?
Unfortunately, this is only possible if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to arrange a change to your delivery address.
How many days do I have to initiate a return?
You have the option to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the items must be in unused condition and include both the original packaging and tags.
